First and foremost, we would like to congratulate you on purchasing your new home and thank you for choosing to live life at Langdon. We are here to help provide a living experience unlike any you have had before and are excited for you to begin a new adventure with us.
Amenity Center Key Fobs
In order to receive your key fobs for the amenity center, please email Debbie Molina, Lifestyle Director, at dmolina@ccmcnet.com to set up an appointment for resident onboarding.
Homeowners
You must be fully closed on your home and be able to provide your Closing Disclosure at the time of the appointment along with a photo ID.
Renters
You must provide your 12-month lease agreement and a photo ID at the time of the appointment.
Each household will be given one key fob with the option to purchase a second key fob for $15. Payment must be in the form of a check or money order made out to 'Langdon HOA.'

- Splash Pad | Closed until March 2025
- Sports Court | Open 7 AM - 10 PM Daily
- Community Room (available for resident rentals)
- Lifestyle Program with events for the whole family!
