Community Manager - Charles Johnson
Charles Johnson joined CCMC in 2017 as the Community Standards Coordinator at Alamo Ranch in San Antonio and most recently served as the Assistant Community Manager at Cibolo Canyons. With her credentials, experience, and passion for community management, we know she will do great things to continue the CCMC culture and core values in her new role.

Lifestyle Director - Debbie Molina
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Debbie studied Sports, Events, and Tourism Management at UTSA. Before joining the Langdon team, Debbie was a Sports Coordinator in Youth Programming for the YMCA. She takes great pride in successfully driving events that build relationships and foster community connections.
Debbie is excited to join the Langdon team and eager to build relationships with the residents. In her downtime, she enjoys attending live music events and is the designated dog sitter for her close circle of friends. She looks forward to bringing creativity and adventurous experiences to the community through her Lifestyle programming! As the Lifestyle Director, it is her purpose to plan and execute a wide range of community events, from fitness programs to Fall Festivals! Debbie’s goal is to have you live your best life in Langdon and create experiences to connect people. Her main responsibilities include:
- Planning Community Events
- New Resident Move-in Details
- Communications (social media, email, e-news, etc.)
- Sponsorships, marketing, and advertising
- Making you feel at home
- Anything lifestyle-related!
Kaliah Orum-Harris - Community Standards Assistant
A Texas State University alumni with a degree in Graphic Design, bringing her passion for art and digital media to our team. A lifelong volleyball enthusiast and former middle-blocker, she values teamwork and resilience—qualities that shine through in all she does. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mom to Nala, her lively three-year-old French Bulldog, and a fan of all things dystopian, with Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon topping her list of favorite shows. Her goal is to build a sense of community to create that "open door" policy feeling when homeowners have questions about rules and guidelines. Her responsibilities include:
- Keeping up with Community Standards and making sure the neighborhood is aesthetic
- Being a liaison to the Board on ACC requests
- Educating Homeowners on community standards-related topics
- Making you feel right at home
