Pay Assessments

What are assessments?
To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the Association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs and administration, as well as adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements for common property. In order to obtain these funds, all members of the community are required to pay assessments to the association. The Board of Directors will establish assessment rates each year and adopt the annual budget for the community.

  • HOA assessments at Langdon are $1,100 annually.
  • The Annual Assessment is billed in the amount of $275 quarterly, on the 1st of January, April, July & October.

Amenity privileges may be temporarily suspended if an account becomes past due and will be restored once the account is brought current.

*Note: when you close on your home, the pro-rated current quarter amount and a full additional quarter are taken out, so you may not have assessments due for a few months from closing.

How do I pay my assessment?
Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessment. If you are using a bill payment service or paying by mail, make sure you include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper application of your payment. Your account number can be found printed on your assessment statement, and if you have any questions, you can contact the CCMC team at 210-727-7304.

New Resident Portal (Single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended

While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's brand new resident portal, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!

After activating SSO, you can set up all of these payment types directly from the portal:

  • Recurring ACH Payments
  • One-time and recurring electronic check payments
  • One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Click here to access the new resident portal and visit the resident portal page to access how-to guides for creating your account, paying and viewing your account balance, and more.

Alliance Association Bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for the use of a one-time eCheck payment. The bank charges a $5.00 flat processing fee per debit card transaction and a 3.5% per credit card transaction.

CCMC and AAB are not related companies. Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through AAB from the resident portal, to comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information, nor does CCMC have access to your recurring payment profile.

Previous Online Payment Options Through AAB

If you decide not to register for an account in the new resident portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB):

  • Recurring ACH Payments
  • Recurring Electronic Check Payments
  • One-Time Electronic Check & Credit/Debit Card Payments

If you are using the AAB system, the Management Company ID is 6675, the Association ID is 252 for Langdon Residential Community Association, and the six-digit account number for your property is listed on your annual assessment statement.
