Whichever method you choose, please include your account number to ensure prompt and proper application of your payment. If you have any questions about your account or our payment options, feel free to contact Charles Johnson, reach out to our new CCMC’s Customer Service Support Team at 1-833-301-4538 or visit ccmcnet.com.

When logging into the Alliance Association Bank website, you will be prompted to "add a property" after creating your user account. You will need the following information to complete this step for the first time:

As a courtesy, we mail a letter reminding you of due assessments 2-3 weeks before the due date. If you are ever unsure about your bill, please do not hesitate to contact Charles Johnson, the community manager at cjohnson@ccmcnet.com.

HOA assessments at Langdon are $1,100 annually
The Annual Assessment is billed in the amount of $275 quarterly, on the 1st of January, April, July & October.

Failure to pay assessments can result in the loss of amenity privileges until your account is brought back to a current status.
